Section 40-14A-24 Net worth in Alabama. (a) A taxpayer's net worth in Alabama shall be determined
by apportioning the taxpayer's net worth computed under Section 40-14A-23 in the same manner
as prescribed for apportioning income during the determination period for purposes of the
income tax levied by Chapter 18, or the manner in which the income would be apportioned if
the taxpayer were subject to the income tax, or for the purposes of the financial institution
excise tax levied by Chapter 16; provided, however, that the net worth of insurers subject
to the insurance premium tax levied by Chapter 4A of Title 27 shall be apportioned on the
basis of the ratio of the insurer's Alabama premium income to its nationwide total direct
premiums as reflected on schedule T of the insurer's annual statement filed with the Commissioner

Section 10A-2A-11.04 Action on a plan of merger or stock exchange. In the case of a corporation
that is a constituent organization or the acquired entity in a stock exchange, the plan of
merger or stock exchange shall be adopted in the following manner: (a) The plan of merger

Section 16-6F-7 Applicant proposals; conversion to public charter school; terms of charters;
contracts. (a) Request for proposals. (1) To solicit, encourage, and guide the development
of quality public charter school applications, every local school board, in its role as public
charter school authorizer, shall issue and broadly publicize a request for proposals for public
charter school applications by July 17, 2015, and by November 1 in each subsequent year. The
content and dissemination of the request for proposals shall be consistent with the purposes
and requirements of this act. (2) Public charter school applicants may submit a proposal for

Section 41-15B-2.2 Allocation of trust fund revenues. (a) For each fiscal year, beginning October
1, 1999, contingent upon the Children First Trust Fund receiving tobacco revenues and upon
appropriation by the Legislature, an amount of up to and including two hundred twenty-five
