shall consist of the Governor, the Director of Transportation, the Attorney General, and the

Section 27-27-21 Domestic mutual insurers - Membership. (a) Each policyholder of a domestic
mutual insurer, other than of a reinsurance contract, is a member of the insurer with all
rights and obligations of such membership, and the policy shall so specify. (b) Any individual,

Section 10A-2A-8.31 Standards of liability for directors. Notwithstanding Division C of Article
3 of Chapter 1: (a) A director shall not be liable to the corporation or its stockholders
for any decision to take or not to take action, or any failure to take any action, as a director,
