Section 35-8A-409 Resales of units. (a) When the county health department determines that the connection of property to an available public sewerage system, whether publicly or privately owned, shall be required, the property owner shall be given written notice at least 90 days prior to the date upon which the connections shall be made by the county. Section 27-29-10 Violations and penalties; criminal proceedings. (a) Any insurer failing, without just cause, to file any registration statement as required in this chapter shall be required, after notice and hearing, to pay a penalty of up to one thousand dollars ($1,000) for each day's delay, to be recovered by the commissioner and the penalty so recovered shall be paid into the state General Fund. (a) Every credit union shall set aside such regular reserves as are required to be set aside by the credit union in order to maintain insurance of member accounts under the provisions of Title II of the Federal Credit Union Act.
