(a) Neither this chapter nor a professional employer agreement may affect, modify, or amend any collective bargaining agreement, or the rights or obligations of any client, professional employer organization, or covered employee under the federal National Labor Relations Act, or any other similar law. Section 27-15-78 Calculations of adjusted premiums by the nonforfeiture net level premium method. (a) This section shall apply to all policies issued on or after the operative date of this section as defined herein. Section 41-10-626 Bonds of the authority. (a) General. The authority is authorized from time to time to sell and issue its bonds in limited amounts and for the purpose of promoting economic development and industrial recruitment as specified by the Legislature from time to time by separate act, provided that refunding bonds may be issued by the authority pursuant to Section 41-10-627 without first obtaining separate authorization from the Legislature.
