Section 45-41A-41.04 Notice of violation. (a) Prior to imposing a civil penalty under this
part, the city shall first mail via first class United States mail a notice of violation to
the owner of the motor vehicle which is recorded by the photographic traffic signal enforcement
system while committing a traffic signal violation. The notice shall be sent not later than
the 30th day after the date the traffic signal violation is recorded to: (1) The owner's address
as shown on the registration records of the Alabama Department of Revenue. (2) If the vehicle
is registered in another state or country, to the owner's address as shown on the motor vehicle
registration records of the department or agency of the other state or country analogous to
the Alabama Department of Revenue. (b) A notice of violation issued under this part shall

Section 8-33-2 Definitions. As used in this chapter, the following words shall have the following
meanings: (1) ADMINISTRATOR. A third party other than the warrantor who is designated by the
warrantor to be responsible for the administration of vehicle protection product warranties.
(2) COMMISSIONER. The Commissioner of the Department of Insurance. (3) DEPARTMENT. The Department

Section 8-33-5 Conditions for warrantors. (a) No vehicle protection product shall be sold or
offered for sale in this state unless the warrantor meets one of the conditions in subsection
(b) or (c) in order to ensure adequate performance under the warranty. No other financial
security requirements or financial standards for warrantors shall be required. (b) The vehicle
protection product warrantor is insured under a warranty reimbursement insurance policy issued

Section 11-67A-4 Procedures generally. Any procedure adopted by the municipality for the abatement
and removal of inoperable motor vehicles as public nuisances shall include, but is not limited
to, the following: (1) A provision requiring notice to the last registered owner of record,
to any secured party or other holder of a recorded or registered security interest or lien
on the motor vehicle, and to the property owner of record that a hearing may be requested

Section 27-10-28 Liability of insurer as to losses and unearned premiums. (a) As to a surplus
line risk which has been assumed by an unauthorized insurer pursuant to this surplus line
insurance law and if the premium thereon has been received by the surplus line broker who
placed such insurance, in all questions thereafter arising under the coverage as between the
insurer and the insured, the insurer shall be deemed to have received the premium due to it
for such coverage and the insurer shall be liable to the insured as to losses covered by such
insurance and for unearned premiums which may become payable to the insured upon cancellation
of such insurance, whether or not in fact the broker is indebted to the insurer with respect

Section 27-12-14 Inducements as to property, casualty, or surety insurance. (a) No property,
casualty, or surety insurer, or any employee thereof, and no broker, agent, or solicitor shall
pay, allow, or give, or offer to pay, allow, or give, directly or indirectly, as an inducement
to insurance or after insurance has been effected, any rebate, discount, abatement, credit,
or reduction of the premium named in a policy of insurance, or any special favor or advantage
in the dividends or other benefits to accrue thereon or any valuable consideration or inducement

Section 27-19-36 Age limit or date for termination of coverage. If any such policy contains
a provision establishing, as an age limit or otherwise, a date after which the coverage provided
by the policy will not be effective and if such date falls within a period for which premium
is accepted by the insurer or if the insurer accepts a premium after such date, the coverage
provided by the policy will continue in force subject to any right of cancellation until the
end of the period for which premium has been accepted. In the event the age of the insured
has been misstated and if, according to the correct age of the insured, the coverage provided
by the policy would not have become effective or would have ceased prior to the acceptance

Section 27-19-8 Mandatory policy provisions - Notice of claim; notice of disability continuance.
There shall be a provision as follows: "Notice of Claim: Written notice of claim must

Section 27-3-16 Lloyd's insurers. Aggregations of individuals as underwriters, whether domestic,
