Section 8-19-12 Violations. (a) Any person who continuously and willfully violates any provision
of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor. (b) In addition to any other penalties
set forth in this chapter, a person who violates subdivision (23) of Section 8-19-5: (1) Shall
be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor. (2) Shall be subject to the revocation of any license
or permit pertaining to the sale or distribution of cigarettes or other tobacco products,
including, but not limited to, any license or permit issued by the Commissioner of Revenue
pursuant to Chapter 25 of Title 40. (c) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any law
enforcement officer or agent of the Department of Revenue shall seize any cigarettes that
are acquired, held, owned, possessed, transported in, imported into, or sold or distributed
in this state in violation of subdivision (23) of Section 8-19-5. Any cigarettes so seized

Section 31-13-5 Enforcement of and compliance with federal immigration laws; information relating
to immigration status; violations; penalties. (a) No official or agency of this state or any
political subdivision thereof, including, but not limited to, an officer of a court of this
state, may adopt a policy or practice that limits or restricts the enforcement of federal
immigration laws by limiting communication between its officers and federal immigration officials

Section 8-32-10 Enforcement provisions. (a) The commissioner may conduct investigations or
examinations of providers, administrators, insurers, or other persons to enforce this chapter
and protect service contract holders in this state. Upon request of the commissioner, the
provider shall make all accounts, books, and records concerning service contracts sold in
this state by the provider available to the commissioner which are necessary to enable the

Section 2-21-31 Penalties for violations of chapter or rules and regulations; injunctive relief;
warning notices. (a) Penalties. Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this
chapter or who fails to perform any duty or requirement imposed by the provisions of this
