Section 27-55-3 Prohibited practices; disclosure of information. (a) No insurer may: (1) Deny,
refuse to issue, renew, or reissue, cancel, or otherwise terminate, restrict, or exclude coverage
on an insurance policy or health benefit plan on the basis of an applicant's or insured's
abuse status, or on the basis of any association, relationship, or assistance to a subject
of abuse. (2) Exclude or limit coverage for a loss, deny benefits, or deny a claim on the
basis of the insured's abuse status, or on the basis of any association, relationship, or
assistance to a subject of abuse, except as otherwise permitted or required by the laws of
this state relating to acts of abuse committed by a life insurance beneficiary. Notwithstanding
anything to the contrary in this section, a liability insurer may include policy provisions

Section 11-50-524 Corporate powers. (a) The corporation shall be entitled to all the exemptions
provided by the general laws of Alabama and of the United States for municipal corporations.

Section 12-15-215 Disposition of delinquent children or children in need of supervision generally.
(a) If the juvenile court finds on proof beyond a reasonable doubt, based upon competent,
material, and relevant evidence, that a child committed the acts by reason of which the child
is alleged to be delinquent or in need of supervision, it may proceed immediately to hear
evidence as to whether the child is in need of care or rehabilitation and to file its findings
thereon. In the absence of evidence to the contrary, a finding that the child has committed
an act which constitutes a felony is sufficient to sustain a finding that the child is in
need of care or rehabilitation. If the juvenile court finds that the child is not in need
of care or rehabilitation, it shall dismiss the proceedings and discharge the child from any

Section 27-3A-5 Standards for utilization review agents. (a) Except as provided in subsection
(b), all utilization review agents shall meet the following minimum standards: (1) Notification
