Section 41-9-80.6 THIS SECTION WAS ASSIGNED BY THE CODE COMMISSIONER IN THE 2019 REGULAR SESSION,
EFFECTIVE JUNE 10, 2019. THIS IS NOT IN THE CURRENT CODE SUPPLEMENT. (a) The Securities Commission,
acting on behalf of a victim of a crime, may apply for any and all provisional remedies that
are also otherwise available to the victim. (b) The provisional remedies of attachment, injunction,
receivership, and notice of pendency available to the victim of the crime under existing law
and the Alabama Rules of Civil Procedure shall also be available to the Securities Commission
in all actions under this division. (c) Upon the filing of a motion for a provisional remedy,
the moving party shall state whether any other provisional remedy has previously been sought
in the same action against the same defendant. The court may require the moving party to elect

intent of this section to implement the amended federal court order, and related orders, dated

subpart shall have the following respective meanings except where the context clearly indicates

Section 30-3-62 Who may petition for withholding order; withholding on existing support orders;
filing with clerk; service; hearing; issuance of order; contents; when order takes effect;

Section 2-15-63 Bonds of livestock market operators. Any person operating a livestock market
in this state shall make and execute a bond in favor of the State of Alabama, which bond shall
be made by a surety company qualified to do business in the State of Alabama and such bond
shall be filed in the office of the commissioner. The minimum amount of such bond shall be
$5,000.00 or such greater sum not to exceed $50,000.00. The exact amount of said bond shall
be determined by dividing the gross amount of business done by such livestock market during
