Section 25-14-9 Written contract; rights and duties of clients; employees, and professional employer organizations. (a) All professional employer organization arrangements shall have a written contract between the client and the professional employer organization recognizing the rights, responsibilities, and duties of each party. (a) The personnel board may adopt, establish, and maintain a deferred compensation plan or plans, except under Internal Revenue Code Section 403 (b), for the employees of the State of Alabama or any city, town, county, or public entity or corporation organized pursuant to the laws of this state. Section 11-50A-9 Issuance of bonds; prerequisites; procedure; provisions; execution; bond resolution covenants.
