Section 27-36A-18 Confidentiality. (a) For purposes of this section, "confidential information" shall mean all of the following: (1) A memorandum in support of an opinion submitted under Section 27-36A-4 and any other documents, materials, and other information, including, but not limited to, all working papers, and copies thereof, created, produced, or obtained by or disclosed to the commissioner or any other person in connection with such memorandum. Section 27-42-5 Definitions. As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the following meanings, respectively, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) ACCOUNT. Any one of the three accounts created by Section 27-42-6. (2) AFFILIATE. (a) The commissioner may conduct examinations of warrantors, administrators, or other persons to enforce this chapter and protect warranty holders in this state.
