Section 22-23B-5 Alabama Drinking Water Finance Authority - Incorporation. (a) To become a corporation, the Governor, the Lieutenant Governor, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, the director of the department and the Director of Finance shall present to the Secretary of State of Alabama an application signed by them which shall set forth: (1) The name and official designation of each of the applicants, together with a certified copy of the commission evidencing each applicant's right to office; (2) The date on which each applicant was inducted into office and the term of office of each of the applicants; (3) The name of the proposed corporation, which shall be the "Alabama Drinking Water Finance Authority"; (4) The location of the principal office of the proposed corporation; and (5) Any other matter relating to the incorporation which the applicants may choose to insert and which is not inconsistent with this chapter. Section 45-2-120.09 Appeals from disciplinary actions. (a) A classified employee shall have the right to appeal any disciplinary action taken against him or her. An employee on probationary status shall not have that right unless the employee had permanent status in some other position at the time of appointment to the probationary position. (a) If a petition is filed under this chapter, the court may set a preliminary hearing as necessary, and shall cause to be issued all summonses and notices as required by law and otherwise deemed necessary and appropriate. Section 22-35-5 Fee; withdrawals; disposition of funds; liability for clean-up costs; audit. (a) Every owner of an underground or aboveground storage tank as defined in this chapter shall pay an Underground and Aboveground Storage Tank Trust Fund fee as established by the provisions of this chapter to be paid to the department. During the first year next following October 1, 1988, the amount of the annual Underground and Aboveground Storage Tank Trust Fund fee shall be one hundred dollars ($100).
