Section 45-32-60.02 Additional expense allowance; compensation; mileage allowance; equipment and supplies; health insurance benefits; fee for death certificates. (a) The Greene County Commission may provide the Coroner of Greene County with additional expense allowances and compensation or salary. The county commission may provide for any expense allowance granted to the coroner by this section or otherwise to convert to salary effective beginning the next term of office of the coroner. Any salary otherwise granted to the coroner shall be effective beginning the next term of office of the coroner.
