Section 27-30-14 Contracts - Issuance; contents; approval by commissioner. (a) A mutual aid
association shall issue to each member or policyholder a contract, in the English language,
printed or reproduced by other easily legible means, and whether called a "certificate,"
"policy," "agreement," or by whatever name, setting forth the aid and
benefits for which the association is liable as to the respective individuals covered by such
contract and the terms and conditions thereof and the amounts payable to the association on
account of such contract and the terms and conditions of such payments. Any contract providing
for aid, service, funeral, or other benefits payable otherwise than in cash shall set forth
the reasonable cash value at retail of such aid, service, funeral, and other benefits, together
with the valuation of such benefits for the purpose of computation of the reserves as provided

Section 27-62-3 Definitions. For purposes of this chapter, the following words have the following

Section 27-7-5.2 Licenses - Limited license for travel insurance producers. (a) As used in
this section, the following terms shall have the following meanings: (1) OFFER AND DISSEMINATE.

Section 27-15-8.1 Life insurance policy provisions - Maximum rates of interest on policy loans.
(a) For purposes of this section the "published monthly average" means: (1) The
Monthly Average of the Composite Yield on Seasoned Corporate Bonds as published by Moody's
Investors Service, Inc., or any successor thereto; or (2) In the event that the Monthly Average
of the Composite Yield on Seasoned Corporate Bonds is no longer published, a substantially
similar average, established by regulation issued by the commissioner. (b)(1) Policies issued
on or after May 15, 1981, shall provide for policy loan interest rates as follows: a. A provision
permitting a maximum interest rate of not more than eight percent per annum; or b. A provision

public, or who execute preneed contracts on behalf of a certificate holder, shall be registered
