Section 5-25-16 Enforcement and penalties. (a) Whenever it appears to the supervisor that any
person required to be licensed or registered under this chapter has violated any law of this
state or any order or regulation of the department, the supervisor after notice and hearing
may order such person or an affiliate acting on behalf of such person to cease and desist
from the unauthorized practices. (b) Any person required to be licensed under this chapter
or an affiliate of such person who is found by the supervisor after notice and hearing to
have violated this chapter or the terms of any order issued pursuant to this section may be
ordered by the supervisor to pay a civil penalty of not more than three thousand dollars ($3,000)
in the aggregate for all violations of a similar nature or, where violations are knowing violations,
not more than fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000), in addition to any other penalties provided

Section 6-12A-6 Penalties; unlawful practices. (a) Revocation of stamping privileges and civil
penalty. In addition to or in lieu of any other civil or criminal remedy provided by law,
upon a determination that a wholesaler, distributor, or any person has violated subsection
(c) of Section 6-12A-3, or any regulation adopted pursuant thereto, the commissioner may revoke
or suspend the stamping privileges of any stamping agent in the manner provided by Section
40-2A-8. Each stamp affixed and each offer to sell cigarettes in violation of subsection (c)

Section 27-27-4 Solicitation permit - Requirement. (a) No person forming, or proposing to form,
in this state or secure funds in this state for the financing of an insurer, or insurance
holding corporation or stock corporation to finance an insurer or corporation to be attorney-in-fact
for a reciprocal insurer or a syndicate, association, firm, partnership, or organization for

Section 27-36A-4 Actuarial opinion of reserves. (a) Actuarial opinion prior to the operative
date of the valuation manual as defined by Section 27-36A-15. (1) GENERAL. Every life insurance
company doing business in this state shall annually submit the opinion of a qualified actuary
as to whether the reserves and related actuarial items held in support of the policies and

Section 2-21-31 Penalties for violations of chapter or rules and regulations; injunctive relief;

Section 27-5B-8 Certified reinsurer. (a) Credit shall be allowed when the reinsurance is ceded
to an assuming insurer that is certified by the commissioner as a reinsurer in this state
and secures its obligations in accordance with the requirements of this section. In order
