The sales tax levied in Section 45-22-243.60 shall be due and payable in monthly installments on or before the 20th day of the month next succeeding the month in which the tax accrues; the use tax levied pursuant to Section 45-22-243.60 shall be due and payable quarterly on or before the 20th day of the month next succeeding each quarterly period during which the storage, use, or other consumption, of the tangible personal property became taxable, each such quarterly period to end on the last day of each of the months of March, June, September, and December. (a) The board may refuse to license any person or establishment for violation of this chapter. If the board refuses to issue, grant, or renew a license based on a violation of this chapter, including, but not limited to, violations listed in subsection (c), the licensee or prospective licensee may request a public hearing before the board to appeal the action of the board. (2) The entity conducting the on-site audit shall give the pharmacy written notice at least two weeks before conducting the initial on-site audit for each audit cycle.
