Section 40-29-22 Lien for taxes - Validity and priority against certain persons. (a) Purchasers,
holders of security interests, mechanic's lienors, and judgment lien creditors. The lien imposed
by Section 40-29-20 shall not be valid as against any purchaser, holder of a security interest,
mechanic's lienor, or judgment lien creditor until notice thereof which meets the requirements
of subsection (f) has been filed by the Commissioner of Revenue or his delegate, and shall
not be perfected as against any purchaser, holder of a security interest, mechanic's lienor,

Section 40-2A-3 Definitions. For the purposes of this chapter and Chapter 2B, the following

Section 35-8A-313 Insurance. (a) Commencing not later than the time of the first conveyance
of a unit to a person other than a declarant, the association shall maintain, to the extent

Section 27-15-53 Requirements for death master file comparisons. (a) An insurer shall perform
a comparison of its insureds' in-force life insurance policies, annuity contracts, and retained
asset accounts against a death master file, to identify potential death master file matches
of its insureds. Such comparison shall be completed by January 1, 2019. Thereafter, an insurer
shall maintain a program designed to compare each such policy, contract, or account with a
death master file no less frequently than every three years, it being the intent that insurers
fashion a program that best fits their business systems while at the same time protecting
consumers by assuring reasonable checks are being performed to identify unreported deaths.

Section 25-4-134 Procedures for collection of delinquent contribution payments. (a) Generally.
The contributions, interest, and penalties required to be paid under this chapter shall be
a first and prior lien upon all property and rights to property, real or personal, of any
