Section 40-12-255 Manufactured homes. (a) Every person, firm, or corporation who owns, maintains
or keeps in this state a manufactured home as defined according to subsection (n) of this
section, except a manufactured home that constitutes a part of the inventory of a manufacturer
or dealer, shall pay an annual registration fee of $24 for an owner occupied single wide (one
transportable module) manufactured home, $48 for an owner occupied double wide or larger (two
or more transportable modules) manufactured home, $48 for a commercial single wide (one transportable
module) manufactured home, or $96 for a commercial double wide or larger (two or more transportable
modules) manufactured home, provided, however, that any manufactured home 10 years of age
or greater but less than 20 years of age shall pay 75 percent of the above stated fees, and

Section 27-13-25 Rating organizations - Provisions for insurers to become members or subscribers.
Every rating organization shall make reasonable provision in its bylaws, rules, constitution,
or otherwise to permit any insurer engaged in the kind of insurance for which rate-making
is done by such rating organization to become a member or subscriber thereof upon application
therefor by such insurer. An insurer may be a member of, or a subscriber to, more than one
rating organization, but not for the purpose of rating the same risk. No insurer shall use
any rate or rating systems made by a rating organization of which it is not a member or subscriber

same. The failure of an insurer to obtain a license or certificate of authority shall not
impair the validity of any act or contract of such insurer and shall not prevent such insurer,

Section 27-29-12 Suspension, revocation or nonrenewal of insurer's license or authority to
do business. Whenever it appears to the commissioner that any person has committed a violation
of this chapter which makes the continued operation of an insurer contrary to the interests
