Section 5-19A-8 Certain acts by pawnbrokers prohibited. A pawnbroker, any clerk, agent, or
employee of a pawnbroker shall not do any of the following: (1) Fail to make an entry of any
material matter in the record book. (2) Make any false entry therein. (3) Falsify, obliterate,
destroy, or remove from the place of business records, books, or accounts relating to the
licensee's pawn transactions. (4) Refuse to allow the supervisor, the appropriate law enforcement
agency, the Attorney General, or any other duly authorized state or federal law enforcement
officer to inspect the pawn records or any pawn goods during the ordinary hours of business
or other acceptable time to both parties. (5) Fail to maintain a record of each pawn transaction

Section 27-41-34 Particular investments - Real estate. (a)(1) An insurer may acquire, invest
in, own, maintain, alter, furnish, and improve the following real estate: a. Land and buildings
used for home office and branch office purposes, together with such other real estate as is

Section 27-5A-7 Required contract provisions; reinsurance intermediary-managers. Transactions
between a reinsurance intermediary-manager and the reinsurer it represents in that capacity
shall only be entered into pursuant to a written contract, specifying the responsibilities
of each party, which shall be approved by the reinsurer's board of directors. At least 30
days before a reinsurer assumes or cedes business through a producer, a true copy of the approved

Section 27-5B-8 Certified reinsurer. (a) Credit shall be allowed when the reinsurance is ceded
to an assuming insurer that is certified by the commissioner as a reinsurer in this state
and secures its obligations in accordance with the requirements of this section. In order

Section 11-51-90 Municipal business licenses; branch offices; application. (a) All municipalities
shall have the following powers: (1) To license any exhibition, trade, business, vocation,
occupation, or profession not prohibited by the Constitution or laws of the state which may
be engaged in or carried on in the municipality. (2) To fix the amount of licenses, the time
