Section 27-27-43 Mutualization of stock insurers. (a) A stock insurer other than a title insurer
may become a mutual insurer under such plan and procedure as may be approved by the commissioner
after a hearing thereon. (b) The commissioner shall not approve any such plan, procedure,

Section 11-92C-9 Bonds of authority. (a) Source of payment. All bonds issued by an authority
shall be payable solely out of the revenues and receipts derived from the leasing or sale
by the board of its projects, or from any other source as may be designated in the proceedings

Section 40-2A-11.1 Civil penalties for unethical tax preparation conduct. (a) For purposes
of the individual income tax imposed by Chapter 18, if there is an understatement of liability
on a return that would cause a tax return preparer to be subject to the penalties imposed
by 26 U.S.C. §6694, except §6694(c), §6700, or §6701, and if any of the failures enumerated

Section 27-34-37 Annual statements - Valuation of certificates; reserves. (a) As a part of
the annual statement required under Section 27-34-36, each society shall, on or before March
1, file with the commissioner a valuation of its certificates in force on December 31 last
preceding; provided, however, that the commissioner may, in his discretion for cause shown,
extend the time for filing such valuation for not more than two calendar months. Such report
