Section 22-6-220 Definitions. For the purposes of this article, the following words shall have the following meanings: (1) CAPITATION PAYMENT. A payment the state Medicaid Agency makes periodically to the integrated care network on behalf of each recipient enrolled under a contract for the provision of medical services pursuant to this article. The Department of Human Resources shall provide for the development and coordination of the multi-disciplinary child protection teams created by this article and for the services to be provided by such teams throughout the state. Section 27-5B-16 Insolvency clause. Except as provided in Section 27-5B-17, no credit shall be allowed, as an admitted asset or deduction from liability, to any ceding insurer for reinsurance placed with a reinsurer qualified under this chapter, unless the reinsurance contract provides, in substance, that in the event of the insolvency of the ceding insurer, the reinsurance shall be payable under a contract reinsured by the assuming insurer on the basis of reported claims allowed by the liquidation court, without diminution because of the insolvency of the ceding insurer.
