Section 22-21-9 Name tags, etc., required for nurses. (a) Each health care provider and facility
in Alabama which employs or contracts for the employment of one or more registered nurses
shall require each registered nurse to wear a name tag, badge, or pin with the letters "R.N."
printed on the name tag, badge, or pin while the nurse is providing direct patient care. (b)
Each health care provider and facility in Alabama which employs or contracts for the employment
of one or more licensed practical nurses shall require each licensed practical nurse to wear
a name tag, badge, or pin with the letters "L.P.N." printed on the name tag, badge,
or pin while the nurse is providing direct patient care. (c) A health care provider or facility
may suspend the requirements in subsections (a) and (b) above for legitimate health care purposes,

Section 16-25A-43 Establishment of flexible employee benefit plan; long-term care plan. The
board is authorized to establish a flexible employee benefit plan for employees in compliance
with Section 125 and any other applicable sections of the Internal Revenue Code. The flexible

shall deposit with, and thereafter maintain on deposit with, the Treasurer of the State of
Alabama bonds of the United States government or of the State of Alabama, or of any subdivision

Section 27-1-17.1 Payment of providers through electronic funds transfer methods. (a) As used
in this section, the following words shall have the following meanings: (1) ACH ELECTRONIC

Section 27-45-3 Choice of pharmaceutical services; right to participate as contracting provider.
No health insurance policy or employee benefit plan which is delivered, renewed, issued for
delivery, or otherwise contracted for in this state shall: (1) Prevent any person who is a
party to or beneficiary of any such health insurance policy or employee benefit plan from
selecting the pharmacy or pharmacist of his choice to furnish the pharmaceutical services,
