Section 22-18-50 Enactment and text of Emergency Medical Services Personnel Licensure Interstate
Compact. The Emergency Medical Services Personnel Licensure Interstate Compact is hereby enacted
into law and entered into with all other jurisdictions legally joining therein in form substantially
as follows: SECTION 1. PURPOSE In order to protect the public through verification of competency
and ensure accountability for patient care related activities all states license emergency
medical services (EMS) personnel, such as emergency medical technicians (EMTs), advanced EMTs
and paramedics. This Compact is intended to facilitate the day to day movement of EMS personnel
across state boundaries in the performance of their EMS duties as assigned by an appropriate
authority and authorize state EMS offices to afford immediate legal recognition to EMS personnel

Section 35-5A-3 Transfers and custodians to which chapter applicable; personal jurisdiction
over custodian; transfers made under law of another state. (a) This chapter applies to a transfer

Section 26-3-3 Relief of testamentary conservator of minor from requirement of giving bond
and effect thereof. A testator may by his or her last will relieve the conservator of his
or her appointment for a minor child or children from giving bond and sureties for the faithful

from state. When a foreign conservator receives any money or property to be removed to another

or administrator who has obtained letters testamentary or of administration on the estate
of a person who was not, at the time of his death, an inhabitant of this state, in any other
