5. Provision of other forensic services for children when requested by the council. b. The Department of Forensic Sciences shall prepare an annual accounting of the distribution of monies received and the effectiveness of programs implemented pursuant to this chapter and shall file the accounting with the council before July 1. Sufficient safeguards shall be implemented to ensure that the new monies increase and not supplant or decrease existing state support. (12) One-half of one percent of the fund shall be allocated to the Department of Rehabilitation Services for distribution to one or more of the following: a. Early intervention services for children from birth through age three and services for children who have traumatic brain injury. b. (a) All municipalities shall have the following powers: (1) To license any exhibition, trade, business, vocation, occupation, or profession not prohibited by the Constitution or laws of the state which may be engaged in or carried on in the municipality. Section 25-5-57 Compensation for disability. (a) Compensation schedule. Following is the schedule of compensation: (1) TEMPORARY TOTAL DISABILITY. For injury producing temporary total disability, the compensation shall be 66 2/3 percent of the average weekly earnings received at the time of injury, subject to a maximum and minimum weekly compensation as stated in Section 25-5-68, but if at the time of injury the employee received average weekly earnings of less than the minimum stated in Section 25-5-68, then he or she shall receive the full amount of the average weekly earnings per week.
