Section 26-2B-105 Cooperation between courts. (a) In a guardianship or protective proceeding
in this state, a court of this state may request the appropriate court of another state to
do any of the following: (1) Hold an evidentiary hearing. (2) Order a person in that state
to produce evidence or give testimony pursuant to procedures of that state. (3) Order that
an evaluation or assessment be made of the respondent. (4) Order any appropriate investigation
of a person involved in a proceeding. (5) Forward to the court of this state a certified copy
of the transcript or other record of a hearing under paragraph (1) or any other proceeding,

Section 6-5-430 Enforcement of action upon contract or tort arising in another state when jurisdiction
of defendant can be obtained in this state; doctrine of forum non conveniens applied. Whenever,
either by common law or the statutes of another state or of the United States, a claim, either

Section 6-5-754 Choice of forum. (a) If a claim under the common or statutory law of another
state, the United States, or a foreign country or under international treaty for death or
injury to person or damage to property arises against a manufacturer out of an accident that
occurred outside this state, such claim may be brought in the courts of this state in any

individual or a corporation with general power to serve as trustee or conservator of the estate

Section 12-13-21 Appointment of guardian for developmentally disabled person. (a) The term
"developmentally disabled" person, means a person whose impairment of general intellectual
functioning or adaptive behavior meets the following criteria: (1) It has continued since

Section 26-2A-81 Resignation, removal, and other post-appointment proceedings. (a) Any person
interested in the welfare of a ward or the ward, if 14 or more years of age, may petition
for removal of a guardian on the ground that removal would be in the best interest of the
