Section 45-49-235.08 Release pending trial; conditions; order; notice. (a) Any person charged
with an offense, at his or her appearance before a judicial officer, may be ordered released
pending trial on his or her personal recognizance or upon the execution of an unsecured appearance
bond in an amount specified by the judicial officer, unless the judicial officer determines,
in the exercise of his or her discretion, that such a release will not reasonably assure the
required appearance of such person. When such a determination is made, the judicial officer,
either in lieu of, or in addition to, the above method of release, shall impose the first
of the following conditions of release which will reasonably assure the appearance of the
person for trial or, if no single condition gives that assurance, any combination of the following
conditions: (1) Place the person in the custody of a designated person who agrees to supervise

Section 9-17-15 Judicial review of rules, regulations or orders. Any interested person aggrieved
by any rule, regulation or order made or promulgated by the board under this article and who
may be dissatisfied therewith shall, within 30 days from the date said order, rule or regulation
was promulgated, have the right, regardless of the amount involved, to institute a civil action
by filing a complaint in the circuit court of the county in which all or part of the aggrieved
person's property affected by any such rule, regulation or order is situated to test the validity

Section 38-9F-8 Ex parte relief. (a) If it appears from a petition for an elder abuse protection
order or a petition to modify an elder abuse protection order that elder abuse has occurred
or a modification is warranted, the court may do either of the following: (1) Without notice

Section 40-22-1 Deeds, bills of sale, etc. (a) Except as set out in subsection (b), no deed,
bill of sale, or other instrument of like character which conveys any real or personal property
within this state or which conveys any interest in any such property shall be received for

Section 41-9-85.1 Definitions. As used in this division, the following terms shall have the
following meanings: (1) CONVICTED INDIVIDUAL. An individual convicted of a specified crime
or a representative of the individual. (2) EARNED INCOME. Income derived from an individual's
own labor or active participation in a business. The term does not include income from dividends
or investments. (3) FUNDS OF A CONVICTED INDIVIDUAL. Funds and property received from any
source by a convicted individual. The term includes funds that a superintendent, sheriff,
municipal official, or other correctional official receives on behalf of a convicted individual
and deposits into the individual's inmate or prisoner account to the credit of the individual.
