Section 27-32-6 Grounds - Rehabilitation of domestic insurers. The commissioner may apply to the court for an order appointing him as receiver of, and directing him to rehabilitate, a domestic insurer upon one or more of the following grounds. (a) A court of this state having jurisdiction under Section 26-2B-203 to appoint a guardian or issue a protective order may decline to exercise its jurisdiction if it determines at any time that a court of another state is a more appropriate forum.
