Section 16-30B-6 Temporary task force. (a) A task force is created to serve under the supervision
of the Alabama Department of Education to approve proposed rules of the State Board of Education
regarding the administration of Palliative and End of Life Individual Health Plans in the

Officer may establish, contingent on the availability of funding, within the Department of
Public Health the Alabama Statewide Head and Spinal Cord Injury Registry for the purpose
of providing accurate and up-to-date information about head and spinal cord injuries in Alabama
and facilitating the evaluation and improvement of head and spinal cord injuries prevention,
diagnosis, therapy, rehabilitation, and referral to coordinated, rehabilitation programs administered

Section 22-50-5 Board of trustees - Membership; officers; initial appointments; terms. (a)
In order to coordinate the activities of the Department of Mental Health and to advise with
such department and to better acquaint the public with the needs and activities of such department,
there is hereby created a board of trustees for the Department of Mental Health to be composed
of 16 members. The Governor, the Commissioner of Mental Health, the Lieutenant Governor and

Section 22-5B-6 Meetings; coordination of activities; funding. (a) The Alabama Lifespan Respite
Resource Network shall be designated as the entity to facilitate a minimum of two meetings
per year for the Alabama Lifespan Respite Coalition and to coordinate activities and initiatives
