Section 26-24-35 Juvenile justice coordinating councils renamed. All references to the "Alabama
Juvenile Justice Coordinating Council" and to "county juvenile justice coordinating
councils" in this code, are changed to the "Alabama Children's Policy Council"
and "county children's policy councils" respectively. All other laws, rules, regulations,
and legal references of any kind to the "Alabama Juvenile Justice Coordinating Council"
or to "county juvenile justice coordinating councils" shall be changed to the "Alabama
Children's Policy Council" or to "county children's policy councils" respectively
when this code is next reprinted and in other laws, rules, regulations, and legal references

Section 44-2-10 Text of compact. The Interstate Compact for Juveniles is enacted into law and
entered into with all jurisdictions mutually adopting the compact in the form substantially
as follows: THE INTERSTATE COMPACT FOR JUVENILES Article I. Purpose. The compacting states
to this interstate compact recognize that each state is responsible for the proper supervision
or return of juveniles, delinquents and status offenders who are on probation or parole and

Section 21-3A-4 Composition; appointment and duties of members. (a) For the purposes of implementing
this chapter, the Governor shall appoint the Interagency Coordinating Council. The council
shall consist of not less than 15 members nor more than the number allowed by regulation.

Section 41-15B-2.2 Allocation of trust fund revenues. (a) For each fiscal year, beginning October
1, 1999, contingent upon the Children First Trust Fund receiving tobacco revenues and upon
