Section 2-15-236 Penalties for violations of provisions of subdivision. Except as otherwise
provided, any person who violates any of the provisions of this subdivision shall be guilty

Section 26-23F-2 Legislative findings; purpose. (a) The Legislature of the State of Alabama
finds and declares that: (1) Deceased unborn infants deserve the same respect and dignity
as other human beings. (2) The laws of this state do not ensure that deceased unborn infants
receive proper burials or final disposition. (3) Alabama does not specifically prohibit the

Section 34-25-7 Injunctions; contempt of court. If any person violates any provisions of this
chapter, the board shall, upon direction of a majority of the board, in the name of the State
of Alabama, apply in any circuit court of competent jurisdiction for an order enjoining such

(a) After the completion of the publication, posting and mailing of the "Notice of declaration
of abandonment of lands for cemetery purposes and of intention to remove the human bodies

Section 2-12-11 Offenses; disposition of fines. Any person who shall perform any of the acts
which are declared unlawful by the provisions of this chapter or who fails to perform any

Section 26-23B-4 Determination of postfertilization age of unborn child. (a) Except in the
case of a medical emergency, no abortion shall be performed or induced or be attempted
to be performed or induced unless the physician performing or inducing the abortion
has first made a determination of the probable postfertilization age of the unborn child or
relied upon such a determination made by another physician. In making such a determination,
the physician shall make such inquiries of the woman and perform or cause to be performed
such medical examinations and tests as a reasonably prudent physician, knowledgeable about

Section 13A-11-263 Penalties. In addition to any other penalties imposed, any person who violates
this article may be ordered by the court to pay restitution to the owner of the police animal
or search and rescue animal and the agency involved for expenses caused by the violation,

Section 23-1-390 Penalties for violation of this article. Except as herein otherwise provided,
any person subject to this article who fails to comply with the requirements of, or violates
this article, or of any of the rules, regulations, or orders issued pursuant thereto shall
