Section 2-15-114 Penalties for violations of provisions of article, rules or regulations promulgated
thereunder, etc.; liability of managers, etc., of transportation agencies or livestock markets
permitting violations of article by employees, agents, etc. (a) Any person who shall violate

Section 26-23H-3 Definitions. As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the following
meanings: (1) ABORTION. The use or prescription of any instrument, medicine, drug,
or any other substance or device with the intent to terminate the pregnancy of a woman known
to be pregnant with knowledge that the termination by those means will with reasonable likelihood
cause the death of the unborn child. The term does not include these activities if done with

Section 34-1A-7 Licenses - Required. (a) Effective January 1, 1998, it shall be unlawful for
any person or business entity to engage in a business regulated by this chapter in this state
without a current valid license or in violation of this chapter and applicable rules and regulations
