Section 22-57-3 Definitions. For purposes of this article, the following terms shall have the following meanings: (1) AUTISM SERVICES. Any developmental services that include all of the following: a. Are designed to meet developmental needs of an individual with ASD across the lifespan, including transitions from early intervention to preschool, childhood to adolescence, and adolescence to adulthood. b. Are selected in collaboration with the parents or guardians of children with ASD or adults with ASD. c. Are delivered in inclusive environments, to the extent practical. d. Are part of a coordinated system of care. (2) AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDER (ASD). ASD is a developmental disability that causes substantial impairments in social interaction and communication and the presence of unusual behaviors and interests. Section 27-36A-4 Actuarial opinion of reserves. (a) Actuarial opinion prior to the operative date of the valuation manual as defined by Section 27-36A-15. (1) GENERAL. Section 12-15-215 Disposition of delinquent children or children in need of supervision generally. (a) If the juvenile court finds on proof beyond a reasonable doubt, based upon competent, material, and relevant evidence, that a child committed the acts by reason of which the child is alleged to be delinquent or in need of supervision, it may proceed immediately to hear evidence as to whether the child is in need of care or rehabilitation and to file its findings thereon. (a) Any permit issued pursuant to this article to conduct surface mining operations shall require that such surface coal mining operations will meet all applicable performance standards of this article, and such other requirements as the regulatory authority shall promulgate.
