Section 32-8-35 Application for first certificate. (a) The application for the first certificate
of title of a vehicle in this state shall be made by the owner to a designated agent, on the
form the department prescribes, and shall contain all of the following: (1) The current legal
name, current residence, and current mailing address of the owner. (2) A description of the
vehicle including the following data: Year, make, model, vehicle identification number, type
of body, the number of cylinders, color, and whether new or used. (3) The date of purchase

Section 38-10-9 Investigations by department as to location of parents and ability of parents
to furnish child support; authority to notify parent of support duty; falsification of report

Section 38-13-2 Definitions. When used in this chapter, the following words shall have the
following meanings: (1) ADULT. An individual 19 years of age and older. (2) ADULT CARE FACILITY.

Section 8-26B-5 Registration as athlete agent; application; requirements; reciprocal registration.
(a) An applicant for registration as an athlete agent shall submit an application for registration
