Section 10A-2A-13.02 Right to appraisal. (a) A purchase of consumer goods or services ordered as a result of a commercial telephone solicitation as defined in this chapter, if not followed by a signed written contract, is not final. No professional bail company shall execute or become surety on any appearance bond in this state, unless it has an order granting authorization to become professional surety on any bail.
