Section 30-3D-102 Definitions. In this chapter: (1) "Child" means an individual, whether over or under the age of majority, who is or is alleged to be owed a duty of support by the individual's parent or who is or is alleged to be the beneficiary of a support order directed to the parent. (2) "Child-support order" means a support order for a child, including a child who has attained the age of majority under the law of the issuing state or foreign country. (3) "Convention" means the Convention on the International Recovery of Child Support and Other Forms of Family Maintenance, concluded at The Hague on November 23, 2007. (4) "Duty of support" means an obligation imposed or imposable by law to provide support for a child, spouse, or former spouse, including an unsatisfied obligation to provide support. Section 10A-2A-7.20 Stockholders' list for meeting. (a) After fixing a record date for a meeting, a corporation shall prepare an alphabetical list of the names of all its stockholders who are entitled to notice of a stockholders' meeting. If the board of directors fixes a different record date under Section 10A-2A-7.07(e) to determine the stockholders entitled to vote at the meeting, a corporation also shall prepare an alphabetical list of the names of all its stockholders who are entitled to vote at the meeting. Any act that could be charged as a felony criminal offense under the Code of Alabama 1975, whether or not a formal criminal prosecution or delinquent proceeding began at the time the forfeiture was initiated. Section 29-1-26 Legislative double dipping prohibited. (a) This section shall be known and may be cited as the Legislative Double Dipping Prohibition Act.
