Section 41-9-1060 Creation; composition; meetings. (a) The Commission on Girls and Women in
the Criminal Justice System is created. (b) The commission shall be composed of all of the
following members: (1) Three members of each house, to be appointed by the presiding officer
in each house. One member of each house shall be designated the co-chairperson of the commission.
(2) The Director of the Board of Pardons and Paroles or his or her designee. (3) The Commissioner

Section 30-8-1 Membership in Alabama Network of Family Resource Centers. To become eligible
for membership in the Alabama Network of Family Resource Centers, a family resource center
located within the state shall provide evidence of achieving all of the following standards:
(1) Being in operation and delivering services to families for at least 15 consecutive calendar
months. (2) Having services consistent with the charter and values statement of the network,
consisting of a variety of community-based, nonsectarian, and nondiscriminatory services that

Section 38-15-4 Registration of certain youth residential institutions or organizations; staff
training plans; rights of children; licensing and inspection of food preparation areas; access
by law enforcement agencies. (a) Commencing on January 1, 2018, the department shall register
