Section 22-8A-11 Surrogate; requirements; attending physician consulted, intent of patient
followed; persons who may serve as surrogate; priority; validity of decisions; liability;
form; declaratory and injunctive relief; penalties. (a) If no advance directive for health
care has been made, or if no duly appointed health care proxy is reasonably available, or

Section 34-23-1 Definitions. For the purpose of this chapter, the following words and
phrases shall have the following meanings: (1) ASSOCIATION. The Alabama Pharmacy Association.

Section 36-25-1 Definitions. Whenever used in this chapter, the following words and
terms shall have the following meanings: (1) BUSINESS. Any corporation, partnership, proprietorship,
firm, enterprise, franchise, association, organization, self-employed individual, or any other

Section 45-49-23.03 Prohibited activities Supplier. A supplier is prohibited from doing
the following: (1) Failing to provide each wholesaler of the supplier's brand or brands with
a written agreement which contains in total the supplier's agreement with each wholesaler,

Section 11-3-11 Powers and duties generally. (a) The county commission shall have authority:

Section 23-4-20 Vacation of street or alley. (a) Subject to the conditions set out in
this subsection, any street or alley may be vacated, in whole or in part, by the owner or
owners of the land abutting the street or alley or abutting that portion of the street or
alley desired to be vacated by following the procedures set out herein. The owner or owners

Section 34-13-11 Authorizing agent; right of disposition. (a) A person, who is at least
18 years of age and of sound mind, may enter into a contract to act as authorizing agent and
direct the location, manner, and conditions of disposition of remains and arrange for funeral
goods and services to be provided upon death. Except as otherwise provided in subsection (b),

Section 11-65-36 Application of net commission revenues. All commission horse wagering
fees, commission greyhound wagering fees, and other fees, commissions, and moneys, including
