Section 26-19B-2 Emergency Missing Child Alert System established; implementation. (a) There is established a statewide Emergency Missing Child Alert System to be developed and implemented by the Secretary of the Alabama State Law Enforcement Agency, or his or her designee, who shall serve as the state coordinator of the alert system.
