Section 41-10-56 Resolution authorizing issuance of bonds to contain recital as to authority
for issuance; notice of passage of resolution; limitation period and venue for actions to

Section 21-3A-4 Composition; appointment and duties of members. (a) For the purposes of implementing
this chapter, the Governor shall appoint the Interagency Coordinating Council. The council
shall consist of not less than 15 members nor more than the number allowed by regulation.

Section 45-42-82.46 Written agreement; other terms and conditions. (a) Following the decision
of the district attorney to admit the offender into the pretrial diversion program, but prior
to entry, the district attorney and the offender shall enter into a written agreement stating
