Section 20-2-66 Disciplinary action - Judicial review. (a) An assistant to physician adversely affected by an order of the board denying an application for a Qualified Alabama Controlled Substances Registration Certificate or the renewal of a Qualified Alabama Controlled Substances Registration Certificate may obtain judicial review thereof by filing a written petition for review with the Circuit Court of Montgomery County in accordance with Section 41-22-20. (b) When a child has been removed from his or her home and is in the care, custody, or guardianship of the department, the department shall attempt to place the child with a relative for kinship foster care.
