Section 16-49-20 Creation; composition; nominating committee. (a)(1) There is created a Board of Trustees for Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University, a state land-grant educational institution at Huntsville. The membership of the board shall be inclusive and reflect the racial, gender, geographic, urban/rural, and economic diversity of the state. Section 21-9-5 Terms of office. Of the members first appointed to the Board of Rehabilitation Services: one shall be appointed for a term of seven years; one for a term of six years; one for a term of five years; one for a term of four years; one for a term of three years; one for a term of two years; and one for a term of one year.
