Section 25-7-53 Decision of board. The local board shall, within 10 days after the close of the hearing, render a written decision signed by them, giving such details as clearly show the nature of the controversy and the questions decided by them. One copy of the decision shall be filed in the office of the clerk of the circuit court of the county or counties where the controversy arose. All appeals from the rulings of the board of equalization fixing value of property shall be taken within 30 days after the final decision of said board fixing the assessed valuation as provided in this chapter.
