Section 34-12-9 Licenses - Revocation; administrative fines; reissuance; replacement of lost
license. The board may revoke the license of any registrant who is found guilty by the board
of gross negligence, incompetency, or misconduct in the practice of forestry. The board may
discipline its licensees by the imposition and collection of an administrative fine set by
the board not to exceed two thousand dollars ($2,000) per violation, and may institute any
legal proceeding necessary to effect compliance with the chapter. All administrative fines
collected by the board shall be deposited in the State Treasury in the "Professional
Foresters Fund." The board may designate a person or persons to investigate and report
to it upon any charges of fraud, deceit, gross negligence, incompetency, or other misconduct
in connection with any forestry practice against any registrant, as may come to its attention.

Section 40-3-19 Meetings - Hearing objections to valuations. For the purpose of hearing objections
filed in writing to any assessments or valuations fixed as provided for herein, the boards
of equalization shall sit at the courthouse in their respective counties on the date specified
by the Department of Revenue in each year, and shall continue as long as may be necessary;
provided, that the sitting shall not be extended beyond the second Monday in July, unless

Section 10A-3-4.02 Certificate of amendment; execution and required supplemental provisions.
The certificate of amendment of a nonprofit corporation shall be executed for the nonprofit
corporation by its president or a vice president, and by its secretary or an assistant secretary,
and verified by one of the officers signing the articles. The certificate of amendment shall

Section 34-43-6 Alabama Board of Massage Therapy. (a) There is created the Alabama Board of
Massage Therapy. The purpose of the board is to protect the health, safety, and welfare of
the public by ensuring that licensed massage therapists, massage therapy schools, and massage
therapy instructors meet prescribed standards of education, competency, and practice. To accomplish
