Section 34-20-4 Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators - Generally. (a) There is a Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators composed of seven members, six original members as set out in this subsection, and an additional consumer member as set out in subsection (b). The membership of the board shall be inclusive and reflect the racial, gender, geographic, urban/rural, and economic diversity of the state. (b) A district for the delivery of fire and emergency medical services may be formed in any unincorporated area of the county pursuant to this section subject to the approval of a majority of the qualified electors who vote at a referendum election for that purpose in the proposed district and for the approval of the mandatory annual dues of the district. (a) There shall be an advisory board of 17 members to assist in the establishment of rules, regulations, and standards necessary to carry out this article and to serve as consultants to the State Health Officer.
