Section 34-19-12 State Board of Midwifery - Creation; expenses; composition; meetings;
liability of members; employees; collection of information. (a) There is created and established
a State Board of Midwifery to implement and administer this chapter. (b) The board shall pay
all of its expenses from its own funds and no expenses shall be borne by the State of Alabama
from the State General Fund. (c) The board shall consist of seven members appointed by the
Governor and subject to confirmation by the Senate, from a list of qualified individuals nominated

Section 45-44-81 Law library. In any case, action, or proceeding hereafter filed, whether
at law or in equity in any circuit or district court in Macon County, there is hereby authorized
to be charged a tax of one dollar ($1) which tax shall be in addition to all other court costs

Section 15-23-4 Alabama Crime Victims Compensation Commission - Created; composition;
meetings; rules and regulations; bond; compensation. (a) There is hereby created the Alabama
Crime Victims Compensation Commission, which shall be composed of three citizens of the State

Section 34-25A-9 Membership of board. (a) Regarding the board created by Act 2009-300,
