Section 22-35-6 Alabama Underground and Aboveground Storage Tank Trust Fund Management Board
created; composition; powers and duties; compensation. (a) There is hereby created the Alabama
Underground and Aboveground Storage Tank Trust Fund Management Board, hereinafter referred

Section 25-14-10 Professional Employer Organization Registration Administrative Trust Fund.
(a) There is established in the State Treasury a fund entitled the Professional Employer Organization
Registration Administrative Trust Fund. Fees and assessments provided by this chapter collected
by the department shall be deposited in the fund. The fund shall constitute a separate fund
to be disbursed by the state Comptroller on order of the secretary. All expenses incurred
by the department under this chapter, including the salaries of all employees, travel costs,
and any other cost of administration and enforcement as may become necessary, either within
or without the state, shall be paid from the separate fund in the State Treasury upon warrants
of the state Comptroller drawn upon the State Treasury from time to time when vouchers therefor

Section 25-4-152 Deduction of child support obligations; procedures; reimbursement for administrative
costs; time of implementation; deduction of federal income tax. (a) (1) An individual filing
a claim for unemployment compensation shall, at the time of filing such claim, disclose whether
or not the individual owes child support obligations as defined under subdivision (7). If
any such individual discloses that he or she owes child support obligations, and is determined
to be eligible for unemployment compensation, the secretary shall notify the state or local
child support enforcement agency enforcing such obligation that the individual has been determined

Section 25-4-91 Determinations and redeterminations upon claims for benefits. (a) Determination
by examiner. A determination upon a claim filed pursuant to Section 25-4-90 shall be made

article, except as otherwise provided, shall be paid to the Department of Revenue by check
or draft made payable to the Treasurer of Alabama, and shall be distributed in the following

40-28-2, Madison County's share of payments made by the Tennessee Valley Authority to the
state in lieu of ad valorem taxes shall be distributed in the following manner: (1) Up to
one percent of such payments each year shall be used to establish, equip, and maintain a legislative

(a) This section shall apply only in Blount County. (b) A district for the delivery of fire
and emergency medical services may be formed in any unincorporated area of the county pursuant
to this section subject to the approval of a majority of the qualified electors who vote at

Section 5-19A-11 Licensing generally; annual fee; temporary license; when new license not required
upon change in ownership. (a) A person may not engage in business as a pawnbroker unless the
person has a valid license authorizing engagement in the business. A separate license is required
for each place of business. The supervisor may issue more than one license to a person if
that person complies with this chapter for each license. A new license or application to transfer
an existing license is required upon any change, directly or beneficially, in the ownership
of any licensed pawnshop and an application must be made to the supervisor in accordance with
this chapter. (b) When a licensee wishes to move a pawnshop to another location, the licensee
shall give 30 days written notice to the supervisor, who shall then amend the license accordingly.

Section 12-18-8.3 Restoration of prior creditable service; participation in other public retirement
systems. Notwithstanding any other provisions in this chapter, any judge who is currently
a member of the Judicial Retirement Fund or who becomes a member of the Judicial Retirement
Fund at a future date, who had previously withdrawn his or her funds from the Judicial Retirement
Fund or whose account had been terminated due to a five-year absence shall have restored to
him or her all creditable service if the judge completes two years of contributing membership
service after he or she again becomes a member of the retirement fund and subsequently repays
to the Secretary-Treasurer of the Judicial Retirement Fund the amount previously returned
to him or her including compounded interest of eight percent to the date of repayment, prior
