may be enforced by mandamus, injunction, quo warranto, or other appropriate proceedings in

Section 10A-1-7.14 Appeal from revocation. (a) A foreign entity may appeal the Secretary of
State's revocation of its registration to the Circuit Court of Montgomery County within 30
days after service of the certificate of revocation is perfected under Section 10A-1-7.13.
The foreign entity appeals by petitioning the court to set aside the revocation and attaching
to the petition copies of the Secretary of State's acknowledgment of its application for registration
or statement of foreign limited liability partnership, as applicable, and the Secretary of

Section 30-3D-102 Definitions. In this chapter: (1) "Child" means an individual,
whether over or under the age of majority, who is or is alleged to be owed a duty of support
by the individual's parent or who is or is alleged to be the beneficiary of a support order

If the Secretary of State denies a corporation's application for reinstatement following administrative
dissolution, he or she shall serve the corporation under Section 10A-1-5.31, 10A-1-5.35, or
10A-1-5.36 with a written notice that explains the reason or reasons for denial. (b) The corporation
may appeal the denial of reinstatement to the circuit court of the county where its articles
of incorporation are filed within 30 days after service of the notice of denial is perfected.
A corporation created by an act of the Legislature prior to the adoption of the Constitution
of Alabama of 1901, or which resulted from a merger or consolidation, may appeal to the Circuit

Section 22-30A-5 Identification of inactive or abandoned sites and liable parties by director;
development and implementation of cleanup plan; public comment period; orders; notice and

Section 32-7-35 Assigned risk plans. After consultation with insurance companies authorized
to issue automobile liability policies in this state, the Commissioner of Insurance shall
approve a reasonable plan or plans for the equitable apportionment among such companies of
applicants for such policies and for motor vehicle liability policies who are in good faith
entitled to but are unable to procure such policies through ordinary methods. When any such
plan has been approved, all such insurance companies shall subscribe thereto and participate
