Section 8-6-11 Registration of securities - Exempt transactions. (a) Except as hereinafter in this section expressly provided, Sections 8-6-3 through 8-6-9 shall not apply to any of the following transactions: (1) Any isolated nonissuer transaction, whether effected through a dealer or not; (2) Any nonissuer transaction in an outstanding security by a registered dealer if: a. Section 25-4-73 Individual weekly benefit payment. (a) Each eligible individual who is totally unemployed or partially unemployed in any week beginning on or after July 3, 1983, shall be paid with respect to such week a benefit in an amount equal to his or her weekly benefit amount, less that part of the wages, if any, payable to him or her with respect to such week which is in excess of one third of the weekly benefit amount.
