Section 33-9-2 Authorization; provisions. The Governor, on behalf of this state, is hereby authorized to execute a compact, in substantially the form as provided hereinafter, with the State of Mississippi: Article I. The purpose of this compact is to promote the development of a deep draft harbor and terminal to be located on the continental shelf of the United States, in the Gulf of Mexico, and to establish a joint interstate authority to assist in this effort. Article II. The states which are parties to this compact (hereinafter referred to as "party states") do hereby establish and create a joint agency which shall be known as the Ameraport Deep Draft Harbor and Terminal Authority (hereinafter referred to as the "authority"). (a) There is created the Alabama Licensure Board for Interpreters and Transliterators. Section 34-27-36 Disciplinary action - Generally. (a) The commission or its staff may on its own, or on the verified complaint in writing of any person, investigate the actions and records of a licensee. The commission may issue subpoenas and compel the testimony of witnesses and the production of records and documents during an investigation. If probable cause is found, a formal complaint shall be filed and the commission shall hold a hearing on the formal complaint. Section 22-35-5 Fee; withdrawals; disposition of funds; liability for clean-up costs; audit. (a) Every owner of an underground or aboveground storage tank as defined in this chapter shall pay an Underground and Aboveground Storage Tank Trust Fund fee as established by the provisions of this chapter to be paid to the department. During the first year next following October 1, 1988, the amount of the annual Underground and Aboveground Storage Tank Trust Fund fee shall be one hundred dollars ($100).
