Section 8-6-3 Registration and bonds of dealers, agents, investment advisers, etc. (a) It is unlawful for any person to transact business in this state as a dealer or agent for securities unless he or she is registered under this article. It is unlawful for any dealer or issuer to employ an agent unless the agent is registered. Section 22-30A-3 Alabama Hazardous Substance Cleanup Fund established; appropriations. (a) There is hereby established within the State Treasury a special revenue fund to be known as the Alabama Hazardous Substance Cleanup Fund. (a) All proceeds arising from the sale of state highway bonds and the revenue appropriated to the State Department of Transportation, when received by the State Treasurer, shall be set aside in a special fund known as the State Highway Fund and be used for no other purpose than in the carrying out of the provisions of this chapter.
