Section 25-2-26 Disposition and expenditure of appropriations and federal allotments. All appropriations heretofore and hereafter to be made for the administration of Chapter 4 of this title and all moneys heretofore or hereafter to be allotted or apportioned by the federal government or the Secretary of Labor or his successor or any other federal agency, department, or bureau or received from any other source to or for the State of Alabama for the administration of Chapter 4 of this title shall be held and deposited in and credited to the Unemployment Compensation Fund and expended solely for such administration. Section 36-28-8 Contribution Fund. (a) There is hereby established a special fund to be known as the Contribution Fund. Such fund shall consist of and there shall be deposited in such fund: (1) All contributions, interest and penalties collected under Sections 36-28-5 and 36-28-7; (2) All moneys appropriated thereto under this chapter; (3) Any property or securities and earnings thereof acquired through the use of moneys belonging to the fund; (4) Interest earned upon any moneys in the fund; and (5) All sums recovered upon the bond of the custodian or otherwise for losses sustained by the fund and all other moneys received for the fund from any other source. Section 8-32-3 Requirements for selling or offering to sell service contracts. (a) Either the provider or its designee shall: (1) Provide a receipt for, or other written evidence of, the purchase of the service contract to the contract holder. (2) Provide a copy of the service contract to the service contract holder within a reasonable period of time from the date of purchase. (b) A provider may, but is not required to, appoint an administrator or other designee to be responsible for any or all of the administration of service contracts and compliance with this chapter.
